Walking Football at Solihull Moors Foundation is a relaxed, low-impact version of the game for adults aged 50 and over. It’s designed to support physical activity, mental wellbeing and social connection—all in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to football or returning after a break, our friendly coaches tailor sessions to suit all abilities and help you enjoy the game at your own pace.

Solihull Moors Foundation Walking Football Club currently runs six teams, catering for over 50s, over 60s and over 63s. Whether you want to train weekly, play in friendly matches, or represent the club in tournaments, there’s a team that suits your goals.
