Moors Foundation Half-Term Camp a Huge Success!

Another successful half-term event

The last week at the Solihull Moors Foundation has been nothing short of incredible.

Our half-term camp saw a fantastic increase in participation, with 72 children booking on—up from 53 last year. It was also fantastic to welcome 15 new faces who experienced the fun, teamwork, and development opportunities our camp has to offer.

Here are some of the standout moments from the week:

  • A brilliant mix of teamwork and cooperation across all sessions.
  • New activities introduced that proved to be a real hit.
  • Our young coaches stepped up, gaining valuable experience and showcasing their talents.
  • Friday’s special player appearance with Kian Ryley and Aaron Flahavan brought an exciting Q&A session, inspiring a new wave of Solihull Moors fans.

Reflecting on the success of the week, Joe Butler, Solihull Moors Foundation Community Operations Manager, shared:

“It’s been fantastic to see so many new faces getting involved, experiencing the positive impact of football and community spirit, and embracing what the Foundation is all about. The enthusiasm from participants, coaches, and players alike really highlights the strong sense of community we’re building here.”

A huge thank you to everyone who made it happen with your passion and energy continue to drive the Foundation forward.
